Product Advisory gives you an outside read on the decisions you're weighing. If the team carrying them out needs to be stronger, that's Product Coaching. Both are scoped up front, so you know what you're getting before it starts.
Book a callYou're making product decisions that set direction for the next few years, and the people around you are usually too close to the work to challenge them well. Advisory gives you a senior product voice from outside that dynamic. You bring the decision you're weighing, and I bring the questions worth asking and a recommendation you can act on.
Format: ongoing, or booked ad hoc when a decision needs a second set of eyes. This is advisory: I help you decide, your team runs it.
Book a callCoaching starts with an honest read on where each product manager actually stands. I measure them on four fundamentals: product sense, taste, leadership, and communication.
In plain terms, that means knowing which problems are worth solving, recognizing a good solution when you see one, moving a team without leaning on authority, and explaining a decision so the business and engineering both land in the same place. Those four decide whether a product team can run without you in the room, so we work them in regular sessions until the scores move.
Format: recurring sessions over a defined term, agreed up front.
Book a callI take a small number of engagements at a time, alongside a full-time product leadership role. That keeps the work honest and the attention real. Either way, you'll get a straight answer, and if it's not a fit, I'll point you somewhere better.
Or start with the four fundamentals score, and see which gap to close first.
Bring the problem you're actually running into. We'll figure out which of the two fits.
